Disney released the details about the Blu-Ray/DVD set, which arrives March 5, 2013, following the early digital release set for February 12, 2013. Here's the box art for the pricy Ultimate Collector's Edition, which includes the Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D, DVD and digital copy and retails at a hefty $49.99.
Rest assured, for those who don't want to shell out for that one, Disney has a number of other options for the film's home video release. In addition to the digital release (which varies in cost depending on your preferred digital retailer), there's also the 2-disc combo pack and DVD option:

IGN recently caught up with Wreck-It Ralph director Rich Moore to talk about the film's upcoming Blu-ray release, which features a never before seen animatic depicting one of the story's dropped video game worlds, Extreme EZ Livin' 2. The filmmaker also gave us an update on the sequel and his thoughts on what he'd like to see in a potential followup.
IGN Movies: So I first want to discuss this deleted scene and Extreme EZ Livin' 2. Can you talk a bit about the context of this clip, the Bobby Dunderson character, and how it originally fit into the story?
Rich Moore: Well, Extreme EZ Livin' was this idea that was floated out to Ralph by Bobby Dunderson, who was this kind of ne'er-do-well Hero's Duty character. He told Ralph about this other game that sounded like paradise. It was a place where there were no good guys, no bad guys, just guys -- and girls and sun and surf. In a GamerHubVideos interview posted onto YouTube on October 25, 2012, director Rich Moore says that he and Disney have ideas about a sequel that would bring the characters up to date and explore online gaming and home gaming.

While speaking to director Rich Moore about Wreck-It Ralph’s DVD/Blu-ray (read our review!), we got on the subject of a potential sequel and some big hints were dropped about where the storyline could go.
Our discovery of the Wreck-It Ralph sequel idea being kicked around was unintentionally discovered at first. We had wanted to ask Moore specifically about Ralph’s world and if other Fix It Felix, Jr. arcade games have Ralphs who’s personalities are the same as the character in the movie.
“That is so funny that you ask that,” Moore said with a laugh, “because I was just talking to John C. Reilly [the voice of Ralph] and we were talking about exactly that. Are there other Ralphs? What would happen if another Fix It Felix, Jr. game was plugged in? Are there other Ralphs that are more contemporary? Is there another version of the game that was made for mobile? Disney Interactive today unveiled its most ambitious gaming initiative ever, Disney Infinity. This all new game platform unlocks the freedom to create stories and play experiences starring beloved characters from The Walt Disney Company and Pixar Animation Studios. Disney Infinity allows players to both experience original adventures in some of their favorite Disney and Pixar worlds and to build their own worlds using the power of their imagination.

“Disney Infinity introduces a new way to interact with the best of Disney on one game platform, both now and in the future," said John Pleasants, co-president, Disney Interactive. “With this innovative approach to gaming, Disney Infinity will bring to life new characters, stories and environments from The Walt Disney Company over time in a way that will delight fans and gamers alike.”

In a way that only Disney can, Disney Infinity integrates collectible character figures that come to life in the game.  These figures provide experiences that are true to these characters and stories, as well as the opportunity to bring characters from various Disney and Pixar films to play together in a virtual “Toy Box.” This all-new game universe will launch in June across all consoles and will have a phased roll out across mobile and online devices throughout 2013.

Disney acaba de anunciar su nuevo juego-plataforma: Disney Infinity.
¿Por qué plataforma? Porque Infinity es básicamente un universo gigante -de Disney- donde se podrán ir integrando diversos sets de juegos, todos cortesía de la marca de Mickey Mouse, a través de realidad aumentada con unos pequeños juguetes. Infinity permitirá mezclar también estos universos, dando lugar a combinaciones de todo tipo y con personajes tan variopintos como Woody o Jack Sparrow (...), multijugador incluído para hasta cuatro personas.

Los juegos y personajes tendrán sus propios juegos específicos (según los reportes, al estilo de otros que ya han salido basados en las propiedades de Pixar), pero dentro del modo llamado Toy Box se podrán mezclar todos los universos y hasta crear algunos minijuegos gracias a un editor incluído en el paquete.

Disney Infinity estará inicialmente disponible para PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Wii U, y Nintendo 3DS desde junio del 2013. Aún cuando a ojos de mucha gente parezca un vil clon, el concepto es bastante interesante y las franquicias de Disney le pueden agregar más valor todavía, por lo que es difícil visualizar un futuro donde este juego-plataforma no sea exitoso.

It keeps attention only on Pirates, Incredibles and Monsters inc. =(
One Ralph...Only Ralph. No Felix, Calhoun, Vaneloppe. But many chars from Incredibles and Pirates. TOO many. WHYYY.
And no Lilo and Stitch =( (It's not 3D I know I know)
