Disney released the details about the Blu-Ray/DVD set, which arrives March 5, 2013, following the early digital release set for February 12, 2013. Here's the box art for the pricy Ultimate Collector's Edition, which includes the Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D, DVD and digital copy and retails at a hefty $49.99.
Rest assured, for those who don't want to shell out for that one, Disney has a number of other options for the film's home video release. In addition to the digital release (which varies in cost depending on your preferred digital retailer), there's also the 2-disc combo pack and DVD option:
2-Disc Blu-ray Combo Pack = (Blu-ray +DVD) - $39.99 US and $46.99 Canada.

The presumptive frontrunner for the Best Animated Feature Oscar, swept the 40th Annual Annie Awards, which reward the best in animation in both animated and live-action film each year. The Disney production, about a videogame villain looking to turn over a new leaf, took home five prizes!

I HAD ALL THESE CAKE FEELZ Yep, that was my face during the whole thing…
I finally saw the movie on cinemas, it was practically nobody in there, just me and a bunch of families and a guy who enter later and giggle with all the refs and jokes as me XD! Ralph’s voice in spanish was adorable during the whole thing for me, and make me ignore Vanellope’s ^^u
The Paperman short, DAT ANIMATION OMG… but it was short LOL Yeah XD
Also, many voice actors I recognized them from other works and LOLed, like King Candy who sounded like Marty Mc Fly from Back To The Future, Fix-it Felix Jr. like Rigby from Regular Show (at some point I imaginated him shouting MORDECAAAIII XD), or Tapper’s voice reminding me of DBZ’s Son Goku, it was damn crazy XD

IGN recently caught up with Wreck-It Ralph director Rich Moore to talk about the film's upcoming Blu-ray release, which features a never before seen animatic depicting one of the story's dropped video game worlds, Extreme EZ Livin' 2. IGN Movies: So I first want to discuss this deleted scene and Extreme EZ Livin' 2. Can you talk a bit about the context of this clip, the Bobby Dunderson character, and how it originally fit into the story?
Rich Moore: Well, Extreme EZ Livin' was this idea that was floated out to Ralph by Bobby Dunderson, who was this kind of ne'er-do-well Hero's Duty character. As many of us know already, except I've never understand the reasons in general matters, Wreck-it Ralph is going to be released on March 13rd at Japan next year, around five months difference from the United States >_>

Another thing that has been bugging and/or amusing some people is the change of the movie title there to Sugar Rush -シュガー・ラッシュ- and moving the focus to Vanellope Von Sweetz...

So far, I agree with the idea of being something that serves to promote the movie in a way that's apparently attractive for that public (that's what I read around Internet, with an established explanation of japanese culture feeling cute things more likely, I honestly dunno what to think about that ^^u), as much as Disney made with Tangled movie focusing more on Flynn Rider's character, or to quote a proper example for Wreck-it Ralph itself: the marketing derivated from the video-games cameos included that at the end didn't result to be THAT prominent XD

I've personally found the whole change something amusing

and quite workable ^^!

Como muchos ya sabemos, excepto que no entiendo las razones en terminos generales, Wreck-it Ralph será lanzado en Japón el próximo 13 de marzo del año que viene, alrededor de 5 meses más tarde respecto de Estados Unidos >_>

Otra cosa que ha estado perturbando y/o maravillando a algunas personas es el cambio del título de la película allí por el de Sugar Rush -シュガー・ラッシュ- y moviendo el enfoque hacia Vanellope Von Sweetz...

Por lejos, estoy de acuerdo con la idea de que es algo que simplemente sirve como promoción de la película de una manera aparentemente atractiva para dicho público (eso he leido por internet, con una establecida explicación de que la cultura japonesa siente más agrado por las cosas tiernas y bonitas, no se que pensar al respecto realmente ^^u), tanto como Disney hizo con Tangled enfocandose más en el personaje de Flynn Rider, o para citar un ejemplo propio de Wreck-it Ralph: el marketing derivado de los cameos de video-juegos incluidos que al final resultaron no ser TAN prominentes XD

Personalmente encuentro lo del cambio de título como algo sorprendente

y bastante funcional ^^!

Well, for me the tittle is not important in my country i avoided to watch the dub, probabily lots will want to watch the original cause they always make changes in countries so for me is not new!

I find this very interesting. It makes me wonder if they will have to change any of the lines, to make the movie more about Vanellope? Kinda like how American anime's are changed to make it more kid friendly.

Also I kinda would like to see the movie in Japanese. The voices just sound a bit better and like everyone said, Vanellopes voice sounds a lot better to. I like her American voice, it does not bug me. Still this one sounds more real. I would also like to how they do King Candy. To what it sounds like he has an old man voice. So when to goes to Turbo well he have the same voice or a new one? Not a big thing, still I would like to know.

Honestly, the whole movie is about her...if you think about it, so it should of been called Sugar Rush in my opinon *shrug* Ralph really wasn't the main character...more like a side

Nope, the movie is about both of them and their relationship as friends basically... discovering a lot of each other in the process, none of them get "a side" to be honest...

Not really....If you think about it 80% of the movie took place in Sugar Rush...and honestly getting Vanellope back her game seem more like the main focus of the film....I honestly forgot Ralph was trying to accomplish something for a bit until near the end (That an all the insane epicness that followed). That's just my opinion. I can see Sugar Rush being a slightly more suitable title.

It was still an amazing movie ( I mean its going to beat a Pixar film for Best Picture, we all know this...err if ROtG doesn't take that from WIR) and I can see why Japan is calling it Sugar Rush
