@ Rich Moore On Deleted Scenes & Sequel... ENGLISH…
IGN recently caught up with Wreck-It Ralph director Rich Moore to talk about the film's upcoming Blu-ray release, which features a never before seen animatic depicting one of the story's dropped video game worlds, Extreme EZ Livin' 2. The filmmaker also gave us an update on the sequel and his thoughts on what he'd like to see in a potential followup.
IGN Movies: So I first want to discuss this deleted scene and Extreme EZ Livin' 2. Can you talk a bit about the context of this clip, the Bobby Dunderson character, and how it originally fit into the story?
Rich Moore: Well, Extreme EZ Livin' was this idea that was floated out to Ralph by Bobby Dunderson, who was this kind of ne'er-do-well Hero's Duty character. He told Ralph about this other game that sounded like paradise. It was a place where there were no good guys, no bad guys, just guys -- and girls and sun and surf. It was kind of this Shangri-La where Ralph could forget his troubl
@ Sequel: Moore Drops Big Hints On Plot Line ENGLISH…
While speaking to director Rich Moore about Wreck-It Ralph’s DVD/Blu-ray (read our review!), we got on the subject of a potential sequel and some big hints were dropped about where the storyline could go.
Our discovery of the Wreck-It Ralph sequel idea being kicked around was unintentionally discovered at first. We had wanted to ask Moore specifically about Ralph’s world and if other Fix It Felix, Jr. arcade games have Ralphs who’s personalities are the same as the character in the movie.
“That is so funny that you ask that,” Moore said with a laugh, “because I was just talking to John C. Reilly [the voice of Ralph] and we were talking about exactly that. Are there other Ralphs? What would happen if another Fix It Felix, Jr. game was plugged in? Are there other Ralphs that are more contemporary? Is there another version of the game that was made for mobile? Are there those kind of Super Smash Brothers t
@ Director Rich Moore Answers... ENGLISH…
Wreck-it Ralph is leaving the movie theaters and entering the world of video store shelves, so we spoke to the film's director Rich Moore about making the movie. We find out why Mario didn't make an appearance, whether or not there will be a Wreck-it Ralph 2, and what video game Moore would create if he ever decided to leave the world of film making.
Where was Mario? He was referenced but we never actually saw him there. Is there a reason he didn’t show up?
We established a really good relationship with Nintendo on this movie. In fact, all the game companies were really, really cool to work with. They were great partners for the scenes that their characters were in, and they really helped us elevate those scenes with their characters by giving us great notes and helping us out – the nuances of their characters. So, Nintendo was one of those companies that we kind of partnered up with for this film and when we pitched the i

2-Disc Blu-ray Combo Pack = (Blu-ray +DVD) - $39.99 US and $46.99 Canada.

@ You're Not A Bad Guy After All, Nintendo XD ENGLISH...
Mario is someone you’ll definitely see in the next one, says Moore. The only reason the character didn’t appear in the first film is because Moore couldn’t find anywhere for him to go, it wasn’t because Nintendo refused them.
There You Have
Also Moore says he doesn’t plan on handing over the directing reigns come sequel someone else.
“I love the group, I’d be crazy to ask someone else to take the reigns.”
These are the kind of stuff that give me hope on this sequel, the same people working on it…

EXTRA C. - Early Ralph Designs by Joe Pitt ENGLISH…
As one of my favorite animated films of the year, I cannot get enough of WRECK-IT RALPH. With a story that keeps things entertaining for kids and adults alike and top notch computer graphics, Disney finally managed to pull one over Pixar (even though they’re on the same team now). Even more interesting than the film itself, however, is the creative work that went on behind the scenes – especially the early concepts for Ralph.
Joe Pitt, a concept artist and illustrator for Disney (Wreck-It Ralph, Gravity Falls), shared a bunch of those early concepts last month that reveal a really awesome evolution for the title character in addition to Fix-It Felix.
Artists Toolbox: Photography DIY Tools Home Made Tripod
I've shared this nifty little trick before - a home made tripod. It sounds impossible, but actually it's really practical and much easier than lugging the real thing around with you if it's not needed! Check out this articlefor more information on how to create it!

Home Made Reflector
Reflectors can be pretty expensive from time to time. I've been lucky to pick up a couple cheaply on Ebay and they serve the purpose but if you really want to save, then why not try making your own? Project Educate: Permission to Photograph People Permission to Photograph People
It's a tough topic and one that most of us like to shy away from rather than embrace, but the honest truth is that the shots of people that you get - the best kind - are the ones that are candid, journalistic or spontaneous. That usually means asking permission afterwards, or not asking permission at all - which can appear quite odd, to some. One of my biggest concerns and anxieties is having my camera out in public. I recently went to a beach, of all places, and was shooting the coastline when a horrible feeling crept over me and I realised that there were lots of people around and that I was invading, a little bit, on their privacy. These guidelines are useful for shooting on the street, at public gatherings and events and at more formal occasions such as weddings.
If the person is going to be the main subject of your photo - then it's kind to ask permission, get perm

Why I'm in the Lorax FandomPeople in the Once-ler fan club on Facebook decided to post there reasons why they're in the fandom.
I typed mine with out thinking so I'm just gonna post a better one here.
Before I was introduced into the Lorax fandom, I was in the Homestuck fandom
Don't get me wrong, I'm still in it and it's a good fandom. And it helped me get closer with my two RL buddies and I'll never forget that , but it stressed me out and emotionally wrecked me. I have reasons and I don't feel like typing them.
After seeing the Lorax trailer I was so pumped to see it.
I love Dr. Seuss, but I never got to read a lot of his books as a kid.
But I knew that the Lorax was about protecting nature and what not, so I decided to go an watch it with one of my Neighbors.
I watched it and enjoyed the fuck out of that movie. I loved the music, the colors, the characters, the smooth animation and detail.
But after the song "How Bad Can I Be" I knew that something changed in me. I was actually giddy when I got out
the Lorax fans in Ohio?Hey, the movie just went to the dollar theater in my area (Canton Ohio) and I was wondering if any of you guys live anywhere near here, if we could set up a movie showing. I would love to go to one of the late ones, and fill the theater with fans so that we could dress up, be as loud as we want, and sing the songs and whatever. Even if there's just a few of you, it would still be a lot of fun! Comment or send me a note if you're interested, and if there's enough of you guys near a different theater (within a reasonable distance) I might even be willing to drive somewhere to see it. Comment on here, or message me if this is possible!
Also, here's ten random things I noticed about the movie today:
1) The cat in the hat is on the orange drink bottle in Ted's dining room
2)The Once-ler's bed has no sheets. He is sleeping on a bare mattress
3) "Sundress Girl" as I like to call her (I drew her on pages 1 & 2 of A Long Time Ago) is in almost every scene where there's a crowd. (regardless
Once-ler's Hips Don't LieA video I did on WMM xD
Somebody get WMM away from me!
New Fanart Idea!In honor of Dr. Seuss' belated birthday, I have an idea of a short fanart series.
It's called "Behind the Seuss"
It's short of the characters' point-of-view of behind the scenes, and telling the audience what they thought of their movies, actors, and etc. As if they were real actors and they know they were in a movie.
Kind of like what Warner Bros. did with Bugs Bunny's birthday special, "Blooper Bunny," and "LT: Back in Action."
The order of it goes from the years they were made: From "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" to "The Lorax."
What do you think?
